Work is quite boring. I was, in my acute boredom, reading and archived entry here on bidets and their use, and the general air of mystery surrounding them. Yes. Work. Is. Quite. Boring.

In other news, I am going through acute cable withdrawls. I had free cable thanks to careless TV repairmen at my appt. complex, and thanks to some not-so-careless *other* TV repairmen, it has been shut off. God. I'm just glad its the off season. And, as a supplementary sidebox in this article, non-cable viewing is becoming extinct. The only channel that showed up Post Cable Shutoff on my TV was channel 2, and it was so blurry you couldn't see crap. But the sound teased me with perfect clarity. Almost laughing as if to say, "Three days ago I was a channel you could hear *and* see. But now only my crystal clear audio remains...HAHAHAAAA....."

I got a fax in my box today for "The 2005 Atlanta CONFERENCE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS." The caps represents bold italicized lettering. apparently there is a two day conference for....um....showing you how to answer phones gooder? Well, Padgett and Thompson, the outfit spearheading this magical getaway, claims you will learn "to give yourself the kind of rejuvenating lift that every business pro needs from time to time." Is the conference held at a day spa? Because thats really the only rejuvenating lift I'm looking for. Unless by "rejuvenating," they mean "buy," and by "lift," they mean "you an new Range Rover." Well? Is that what you mean Padgett and Thompson?? Cause if so, I wouldn't mind PAYING THE $340 ENROLLMENT FEE. Well, it sounds like 500 tired, weeping receptionists are gonna pay out the wazoo to get downright, balls-to-the-wall set on time management. Without me.
